Japan’s AESC pours another $1.5 billion on expanding capacity at its US plant
The newly planned facility is expected to go online in 2027
Japanese battery-maker AESC plans to invest another $1.5 billion toward capacity expansion at its lithium-ion battery manufacturing operations in Florence County, SC, the company announced March 26.
