Tachi-S, a global seat system creator, expands into four-wheeler passenger vehicles through the JV
Uno Minda Tachi-S Seating Private Ltd., a joint venture between Uno Minda Ltd. and Tachi-S Co. Ltd., aims to offer various products including recliners in the first phase, with plans to expand into other seating mechanisms, seat frames and complete seating assemblies.
