EU, Norway sign strategic partnership on EV battery supply chain, critical materials
Beneficial to the EU as well as Norway, the alliance is expected to support developing sustainable supply chains between both sides and enable furthering ESG standards as well as exchange of knowledge on raw materials
The European Union and the Kingdom of Norway have signed a memorandum of understanding to launch a strategic partnership to develop sustainable land-based raw materials and battery value chains, the European Commission announced in a press note March 21.
