LEONI extends CEO and COO contracts, streamlines executive board
The contract of Chief Human Resources Officer Ursula Biernert will not be extended by mutual agreement, and she will be leaving the company over the summer.
The Supervisory Board of LEONI, a global provider of energy and data management solutions in the automotive sector, has extended the contract of CEO Klaus Rinnerberger until the end of 2027. The board has also decided to extend the contract of COO Ingo Spengler until the same date. Additionally, the supervisory board has decided to reduce the executive board from four to three members as part of the company's streamlining process. The contract of Chief Human Resources Officer and Labor Director Ursula Biernert will not be extended by mutual agreement, and she will be leaving the company over the summer.
