The new devices offer efficient power supply for automotive applications, maintaining output voltage within 100 mV of set voltage

ROHM has developed a new series of 45V rated 500 milliamp (mA) output primary low dropout (LDO) regulators, BD9xxM5-C, which are designed for use in automotive electronic components such as electronic control units (ECUs).
