Vishay and Nexperia announce final closing of Newport wafer fab sale process
Nexperia has announced that all conditions to the sale have been met and the sale of the Newport wafer fab to Vishay is now finalized, securing a future for its employees and the site, as reported in a press release by Nexperia on March 6.
