SK Hynix invests $1 billion in AI memory chip technology - report
The investment will help SK Hynix capture a larger share of the growing market for AI memory, known as high-bandwidth memory (HBM).
SK Hynix, a South Korean chipmaker, is investing over $1 billion in advanced chip packaging, The Business Times reported on March 7.
