Toyota Motor Corp. (TMC) and Panasonic Holdings Corp. (Panasonic HD) have mutually agreed to let the carmaker acquire Panasonic’s stake in Primearth EV Energy Co. Ltd. (PEVE) to make it a wholly owned subsidiary, Toyota announced March 5.
