Evolving rear lighting in vehicles

Technology Trends

Rear lights have emerged as a key tool for designing a vehicle’s rear without compromising its most important function of ensuring safer driving.

Rear lights in vehicles play a critical role in ensuring safer driving. They help other road users, including pedestrians, cyclists and drivers, take note of the presence of the equipped vehicle on the road, especially at night or when visibility is compromised. In addition, drivers use various rear lights as a signal to inform other road users about their driving maneuvers such as applying brakes or changing lanes.
