Andes Technology and MetaSilicon partner to build CMOS image sensor with RISC-V IP system-on-chip

The series is designed in accordance with the ISO 26262 functional safety standard to achieve ASIL-B level

RISC-V intellectual property (IP) vendor Andes Technology and edge computing chip provider MetaSilicon jointly announced the development of MetaSilicon MAT Series, an automotive-grade complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) image sensor series using RISC-V IP system-on-chip (SoC), using Andes' AndesCore N25F-SE processor, as read in a press report on Feb. 22.
