Li-Cycle Germany GmbH, a subsidiary of Canada-based Li-Cycle Holdings Corp., a leading global lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery-recycling company, has received approval from the German state of Saxony-Anhalt for a grant of up to €6.4 million for its Li-ion battery-spoke recycling facility, the company announced Feb. 7.
