Volkswagen confirms most ID.4 models to be eligible for full $7,500 IRA tax credit in 2024
As per the US government website, Volkswagen is the only foreign automaker that has a full BEV that is eligible for the full federal tax credit
Volkswagen announced Jan. 24 that the 2023 and 2024 version of its ID.4 electric vehicle models, which use battery components supplied by SK On, placed in service in 2024, will be eligible for the full $7,500 federal tax credit under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA).
