Accelera, a zero-emissions business segment of Cummins Inc., Daimler Trucks & Buses US Holding LLC (Daimler Truck) and Paccar plan to set up a 21-GWh battery-manufacturing plant in Marshall County, Miss., under their planned joint venture, Daimler Truck said Jan. 18.
