Ecarx and Smart aim to enhance customer satisfaction, brand loyalty and intelligent experiences through the JV
Ecarx Holdings Inc. (Ecarx), a global mobility technology provider, announced that pursuant to a shareholders’ agreement dated Nov. 16, it has established a joint venture between Ecarx and Smart, the new-premium intelligent all-electric auto brand, through their respective subsidiaries, as read on a press release on Dec. 28.
