Li Auto and STMicroelectronics partner to advance EV technology with high-performance SiC devices, promoting sustainable transportation solutions
According to a press release on Dec. 22, STMicroelectronics (ST) has signed a long-term supply agreement with Li Auto, a Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer, to provide Silicon Carbide (SiC) metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) devices for Li Auto's high-voltage battery-electric vehicles (BEVs).
