Diodes unveils new high-voltage Hall-effect automotive latches
The AH371xQ series has an operating voltage range of 3V to 27V, with 40V load dump protection
Diodes has expanded its product portfolio with the addition of the AH371xQ series of high-voltage Hall-effect latches, it said in a press release dated Dec. 19.
