ROHM, Toshiba to jointly manufacture power devices
ROHM and Lapis will invest ¥289.2 billion while Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage and Kaga Toshiba will invest ¥99.1 billion
ROHM has partnered with Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation to manufacture power devices, with the support of the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, according to a company press release on December 7.
