SoftBank acquires 51% stake in Cubic Telecom for €473 million
Both companies aim to form a strategic global partnership to pioneer the future of software-defined connected vehicles
SoftBank Corp., a telecommunications and IT operator headquartered in Tokyo, and Cubic Telecom Ltd. (Cubic Telecom), a leading global provider of software-defined connected vehicle solutions, announced that they have signed a definitive agreement, according to a press release on Dec. 5.
