Chinese automaker Dongfeng to buy assets from its JV partner Stellantis
Both automakers own half of the JV, which will remain unchanged
Dongfeng Motor Group will acquire automotive assets from its joint venture with Stellantis NV as part of the carmaker's strategy to consolidate its manufacturing resources amid weak car sales in China, Nikkei Asia reported on October 24, based on a news report from Caixinglobal.com.
