Li-Cycle, Glencore plan to expedite joint battery-recycling operations in Italy
The two companies plan to set up a 50/50 JV for the Portovesme Hub project
Canadian battery-recycling technology company Li-Cycle Holdings Corp. and its ally Glencore International AG, a wholly owned subsidiary of battery materials producer Glencore, have announced plans for a two-phase approach to their joint Portovesme Hub project in Sardinia, Italy, Li-Cycle said on September 18.
