Ford, BMW and Honda join hands to create ChargeScape — a new company focused on EV grid services
ChargeScape is pending regulatory approvals and is likely to be operational in early 2024
BMW Group, Ford Motor Co. and American Honda Motor Co. Inc. announced a partnership agreement to create ChargeScape LLC, a new equally owned company that will create a single, cost-effective platform connecting electric utilities, automakers and interested electric vehicle customers.
