TI Fluid Systems purchases Cascade Engineering Europe for $27.7 million
As part of the deal, the company will absorb 349 dedicated employees and take over the 6,500-square-meter manufacturing facility in Budapest, Hungary
Top global automotive fluid systems supplier, TI Fluid Systems (TIFS) has agreed to acquire Cascade Engineering Europe (CEE), a Hungarian-based designer and manufacturer of thermal-fluid connectors and other complex plastic-injection molded components for the automotive industry.
