Stellantis confirms acquisition of 33.3% stake in Symbio
Stellantis joins Forvia and Michelin as an equal shareholder
European-American vehicle manufacturer Stellantis NV confirmed July 28 that it has completed the acquisition of its 33.3% stake in Symbio to become an equal shareholder in the hydrogen mobility company, along with Forvia (erstwhile Faurecia) and Michelin.
