Finnish Minerals Group in talks with Beijing Easpring to set up battery materials plant in Finland
Beijing Easpring will own 70% and Finnish Minerals Group will own the remaining 30% stake in the JV company
Finnish Minerals Group and Beijing Easpring Material Technology have agreed to set up a joint venture company, which will build a cathode active materials (CAM) manufacturing facility in Kotka, Finland, Finnish Minerals Group said July 28.
