The move is part of a larger deal reached by Renault Group and Nissan Motor

Japanese carmaker Nissan has confirmed its plan of investing up to €600 million to become a strategic investor in Ampere, Renault Group’s new electric vehicle and software entity operating in Europe, according to a new announcement made by the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi alliance on July 26.
