Foxconn acquires 50% stake in ZF Chassis Modules GmbH
ZF Friedrichshafen AG (ZF Group) and Hon Hai Technology Group (Foxconn) announced a 50-50 partnership in passenger-car chassis systems with an aim of accelerating and expanding automotive and supply chain opportunities with top-tier customers, the company announced July 24.
