Stellantis signs rare earth offtake term sheet with NioCorp Developments
The definitive agreement between the two companies is for a 10-year offtake contract for specific amounts of neodymium-praseodymium oxide, dysprosium oxide and terbium oxide that NioCorp aims to produce at its Elk Creek Critical Minerals Project in southeast Nebraska
Stellantis N.V. has signed a rare earth offtake term sheet with NioCorp Developments Ltd with an objective to enter a definitive agreement to secure a stable supply of rare earth materials such as neodymium-praseodymium oxide, dysprosium oxide and terbium oxide, Stellantis announced on July 6.
