Volkswagen Group, FAW-VW to jointly increase capital in EV charging network in China
Volkswagen Group China and CAMS have joined hands with the State Grid Corporation of China to execute a pilot project on V1G charging
Volkswagen Group China, together with FAW-Volkswagen, plans to increase the capital of its electric vehicle charging joint venture company CAMS New Energy Technology Co. Ltd. (CAMS) by about 800 million yuan (about $110.75 million) to further accelerate the deployment of charging networks in China, VW’s China unit announced July 3.
