Canada-based battery-materials recycling company RecycLiCo Battery Materials Inc. plans to form an equal joint venture with Taiwan’s Zenith Chemical Corp. to set up a lithium ion (Li-ion) battery-recycling plant in Taiwan, RecycLiCo announced June 12.
