Kore Power secures $850 million loan for Arizona battery-cell plant
Commercial production at the plant is likely to kick off in late 2024 or early 2025
According to a Reuters report dated June 9, the US Energy Department announced plans to loan Kore Power Inc. $850 million to build an advanced battery-cell manufacturing facility in Buckeye, Ariz.
