GM and Posco Future M plan expansion of EV battery supply chain in North America
The partnership is aimed at producing CAM and pCAM for 360,000 EVs annually
General Motors and Posco Future M on June 2 announced the second phase of their Ultium cathode active material (CAM) joint venture, an investment projected to exceed $1 billion to increase the production capacity of CAM in North America and integrate precursor-materials production.
