General Motors, Stellantis and Yanfeng Automotive Interior Systems Co. have agreed to bail out Unique Fabricating Inc., which is on the brink of insolvency in the US, with investment of up to $15 million to steer through its activities until it sells its business and restructures, according to a news report published by Automotive News on May 30.
