Onsemi to supply Kempower with EliteSiC MOSFETs and diodes for EV chargers
EliteSiC MOSFET and diode technologies will be pivotal to Kempower’s EV fast-charging solutions
Onsemi has announced that under a new strategic agreement, it will provide Kempower with Onsemi EliteSiC metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs) and diodes for scalable electric vehicle chargers, according to a press release dated May 16.
