Japan Display signs MOU with HKC to create high-end automotive display business
Long-term targets include becoming global automotive market share leader by 2028
Japan Display Inc. (JDI) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with HKC Corp. Ltd. (HKC) to develop next-generation organic light-emitting diode (OLED) technology and fabs; a Global Innovation and Industrialization Center; and create a high-end automotive display business, it said in a May 10 press release.
