Denso and USJC mass-produce automotive IGBT
Mass production began at USJC’s 300 mm fab
Denso Corp. (Denso) and United Semiconductor Japan Co. Ltd. (USJC), a subsidiary of United Microelectronics Corp., have announced a collaboration to produce automotive insulated-gate bipolar transistors (IGBT), according to a company press release dated May 10.
