Volkswagen recalls select Atlas vehicles in US over faulty occupant detection systems
The recall affects 143,053 vehicles
Volkswagen of America has issued a recall on select model year (MY) 2018–21 Atlas and MY2020 Atlas Cross Sport models due to faulty occupant detection systems in the front passenger seat, according to a statement by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) on April 4.
