Honda and LG Energy Solution break ground on JV EV battery facility
The pair will invest USD3.5 billion in the new plant, with overall investment projected to reach USD4.4 billion
Following an announcement earlier in 2023, Honda and South Korean battery manufacturer LG Energy Solution (LGES) held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new joint venture (JV) electric vehicle (EV) battery plant in Fayette County, Jeffersonville, Ohio.
