Magna's acquisition of Veoneer's active safety business is a strategic move that allows Magna to expand its portfolio of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving technology

The automotive technology company Veoneer has announced that it has entered into an agreement with Magna International to acquire Veoneer's Active Safety business from SSW Partners, a New York–based investment partnership for USD1.525 billion in cash, subject to working capital and other customary purchase price adjustments.
