Stellantis plans to acquire stake in Faurecia-backed hydrogen mobility company Symbio
The transaction is expected to be closed in the first semester of 2023
Stellantis has begun exclusive negotiations with Faurecia and Michelin to acquire a significant stake in Symbio, a Faurecia – Michelin JV company focused on zero-emission hydrogen mobility, the carmaker announced on 23 December 2022.
