Aptiv completes Wind River acquisition
Transaction value changed to USD3.5 billion, instead of the initial purchase price of USD4.3 billion
Aptiv has completed the acquisition of Wind River, it said in a press release on 23 December. The transaction is valued at USD3.5 billion
