EGA purchases 1.1 million MWh of clean energy certificates for aluminum production
The purchase will certify EGA’s production of 80,000 tons of solar energy-based aluminum
Middle eastern aluminum company Emirates Global Aluminium (EMA) announced via press release on 24 November that it had purchased Clean Energy Certificates for 1.1 million MWh of electricity for production of its CelestiAL solar aluminum.
