BMW plans to invest USD1.4 billion to expand its battery output in Shenyang, China
The project is seen as another major investment by BMW Brilliance after the total investment of USD2.12 billion in the Lydia plant in China
BMW Brilliance, BMW’s joint venture in China, plans to invest about CNY10 billion (USD1.4 billion) in expanding the production capacity at its battery manufacturing plant in Shenyang, Liaoning province, in northeast China, according to a news report published by CnEVPost on 14 November 2022.
