Volkswagen Group, Xanadu team up to deploy quantum algorithms for simulating battery materials
The announcement comes soon after VW signed MoU with the Government of Canada to promote electric mobility and set up local battery ecosystem in North America
Volkswagen Group and Canada-based quantum technology company Xanadu have established a multiyear research program aimed at improving the performance of quantum algorithms for simulating battery materials, according to a media note issued by VW on 18 October 2022.
