Hitachi Astemo to supply electric axles to Honda Motor’s future BEV line up
Tokyo-based component supplier will deliver a high-performance, integrated drive unit with an electric axle system to Honda for its mid- and large-size battery-electric vehicles (BEVs)
Japanese automotive supplier Hitachi Astemo, Ltd. has received an order from Honda Motor Company to supply electric axle (e-Axle) systems for latter’s mid-size and large-size battery-electric vehicles (BEVs) that are slated for a global roll out in 2026, the company announced on 26 September 2022.
