QuiCur technology increases design flexibility for power circuits in automotive applications

ROHM Semiconductor has announced new ‘BD9S402MUF-C’ buck DC/DC converter IC with built-in MOSFET (switching regulator) for automotive applications such as infotainment and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) incorporating onboard sensors and cameras that are becoming more advanced, according to a press release on 27 September 2022.
