Samvardhana Motherson to acquire Japan-based Ichikoh Industries’ mirror business
The acquisition enables the group’s 3CX10 strategy to further expand manufacturing, R&D capabilities
Samvardhana Motherson Automotive Systems Group BV (SMRPBV) has announced via press release on 26 September that it acquired Japan-based Ichikoh Industries’ mirror business for JPY5.2 billion (USD36.25 million).
