CATL, BMW sign multiyear framework agreement on supply of cylindrical battery cells
CATL plans to produce cylindrical battery cells at its upcoming battery plants in China and Europe
China’s largest battery maker CATL has signed a multiyear framework agreement with the BMW Group to supply cylindrical battery cells, which the German luxury carmaker plans to use in its upcoming Neue Klasse EV range starting from 2025, CATL announced on 9 September 2022.
