Intel breaks ground for USD20 billion semiconductor complex in New Albany, Ohio
In a press release on 9 September 2022, Intel announced the first phase of funding for its Ohio Semiconductor Education and Research Program. Intel will invest USD17.7 million in the first round of eight bids from renowned organizations and partners in Ohio to create education and employment initiatives with a semiconductor focus. Intel also celebrated the ground breaking of its USD20 billion semiconductor complex in New Albany, Ohio.
