Yokohama to resume production at Russian tire manufacturing plant

The decision to restart operations was reportedly driven by the new availability of key tire manufacturing materials whose imports were sanctioned by the EU

The European Rubber Journal (ERJ) reported on 6 September that Japanese tire manufacturer Yokohama had resumed tire production at its factory in Lipetsk, Russia, roughly six months after it had halted operations due to raw material supply chain issues.
