Renesas to acquire India-based radar specialist Steradian Semiconductors
To bolster Renesas’ automotive and industrial sensing portfolio with Steradian's radar technology
Renesas Electronics has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Steradian Semiconductors Private Limited, a fabless semiconductor company based in Bengaluru, India, that provides 4D imaging radar solutions, in an all-cash transaction, according to a press release on 31 August 2022.
